MOGUL MOUNTAIN VENTURES ANNOUNCES U.S. OTCQB LISTING

Mogul Mountain Ventures Corp.'s common shares have commenced trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol MGMVF.

The OTCQB listing provides U.S. investors with improved access to Mogul's common shares and is expected to enhance the company's visibility and trading accessibility in the U.S. capital markets.

The U.S. listing complements Mogul's recently announced listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 9HG0, expanding the company's trading presence across North America and Europe. Mogul's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MOGL .

The OTCQB listing does not involve the issuance of new common shares or additional financing by the company.
