DOSEOLOGY ANNOUNCES EXTENSION TO CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to the news releases of March 30, 2026, and May 15, 2026, Doseology Sciences Inc. has received an additional 45-day extension from the Canadian Securities Exchange to close its non-brokered private placement. The offering will consist of up to 3,225,806 units at a price of 62 cents per unit to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2-million.
