Mapath Announces Results of Shareholders' Meetings

Mapath Capital Corp. (the Company) (NEX: MPTH.H) is pleased to announce the voting results from its 2025 and 2026 annual general & special meetings, which were held on July 22, 2026. All resolutions presented to shareholders were approved. At each of the meetings, the number of directors was set at three; Marcus New, Paul Chow and Theo Sanidas were re-elected to Mapath's board of directors; and Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, was re-appointed as auditor of the Company. At both meetings shareholders also re-approved the Company's rolling 10% stock option plan, which plan remains subject to annual acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange. Marcus New continues as the Company's CEO & President and Chris McClymont continues as the Company's CFO & Corporate Secretary.
