MORGUARD REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES FEBRUARY 2026 DISTRIBUTION OF 2 CENTS PER UNIT

Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of two cents per unit for the month of February, 2026. The distribution will be payable on March 16, 2026, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 27, 2026.
