HARVEST ANNOUNCES ETF NAME CHANGE FOR MSTE:TSX

Harvest MicroStrategy Enhanced High Income Shares ETF has changed its name to Harvest Strategy Inc. Enhanced High Income Shares ETF. The trading symbol for the Class A units of MSTE listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange will not change. An application has been submitted to the TSX for the listed Class A units of the ETF to trade under the new name.

Investment objective: Harvest Strategy Inc. Enhanced High Income Shares ETF (formerly Harvest MicroStrategy Enhanced High Income Shares ETF) seeks to provide unitholders with: (i) long-term capital appreciation by investing, directly or indirectly, on a levered basis, in the common stock Class A of Strategy Inc.; and (ii) high monthly cash distributions.
