Further to its bulletin dated March 23, 2026, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Metatek-Group Ltd. has closed its initial public offering of common shares. According to the TSX, the shares, which had been trading on an if, as and when-issued basis under the symbol MTEK and with Cusip No. 59140H 10 9, have begun trading on a regular settlement basis, effective at the open on March 25, 2026, under the same symbol and with the same Cusip number. The TSX notes that there will be no further trading in the if, as and when-issued market.
