Promino Nutritional Sciences Inc. has issued 547,619 common shares of the company pursuant to the settlement of $38,333 of debts related to accrued director fees for certain current directors and a former director. The company also issued 574,455 shares to a third party for settlement of other indebtedness. All shares are subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory resale restriction pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws.
