The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with subscription agreements entered into by 1416753 B.C. Ltd. (Subco), a subsidiary of the Nevgold Corp., with purchasers in connection with the following private placements of shares of Subco:

1. On June 30, 2023, Subco issued 2.3 million Subco shares at 10 cents per Subco share for gross proceeds of $230,000.
2. On Aug. 14, 2023, Subco issued 2.35 million Subco shares at 10 cents per Subco share for gross proceeds of $235,000.
3. On Sept. 21, 2023, Subco issued 400,000 Subco shares at 20 cents per Subco share for gross proceeds of $80,000.
