NEW DESTINY PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

New Destiny Mining Corp. has scheduled its annual general meeting of shareholders for Dec. 10, 2026, as part of its efforts to address its outstanding annual meeting requirements. The company is currently placed on notice for the AGM as the company's previous AGM was held on April 9, 2024, and, as a result, is not currently in compliance with Section 4.1 of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 3.2, Filing Requirements and Continuous Disclosure. New Destiny Mining is taking the necessary steps to remedy this deficiency and intends to hold the AGM as scheduled on Dec. 10, 2026. The company will provide shareholders with the notice of meeting and accompanying meeting materials in accordance with applicable corporate and securities laws and the requirements of the TSX-V.
