The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust that pursuant to a notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid dated July 17, 2025, the trust may repurchase for cancellation up to 1,029,881 units in its own unit capital, representing 5 per cent of the trust's units in circulation. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of the exchange or other recognized marketplaces from Aug. 1, 2025, until July 31, 2026. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by National Bank Financial on behalf of the trust.
