NEVIS BRANDS SECURES U.S. TRADEMARK REGISTRATION FOR "MAJOR" BRAND

Nevis Brands Inc.'s flagship brand, Major, has officially transitioned from trademark pending status to a fully registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The trademark was issued on the principal register on July 7, 2026, under registration No. 8,335,888.

With the registration officially secured, Nevis Brands will immediately begin deploying the registered trademark symbol (TM) across all Major branded products, marketing materials and digital platforms to identify its goods and services.

"The Major brand has established a highly recognizable footprint in the cannabis beverage market, generating over $60-million at retail since inception. Currently available for sale in 10 U.S. states, this legal protection solidifies our commercial branding, safeguards our intellectual property and ensures long-term value for our shareholders as we continue our expansion across the United States."

Under the U.S. Trademark Act, the registration will remain in force for an initial term of 10 years. To maintain the registration active through its full term, the company will file its standard declaration of use prior to the six-year deadline on July 7, 2032.
