NEXCEL METALS ANNOUNCES EQUITY GRANTS
Nexcel Metals Corp.'s board of directors has approved the grant of incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate of 500,000 common shares of the company to a consultant and a director of the company. The options are to vest immediately upon grant, are exercisable at a price of 80 cents per common share for a period of three years from the date of grant and are otherwise subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan.
In addition, the company has approved the grant of an aggregate of one million restricted share units to consultants of the company. The RSUs are to vest immediately upon grant and have a settlement period of three years, and are otherwise subject to the terms of the company's RSU plan.
