The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that New Found Gold Corp. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on Aug. 26, 2026, under the symbol NFGC, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 64440N 10 3. According to the TSX, there will be 385,679,765 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 54,436,744 shares reserved for issuance.
The TSX reports that New Found Gold is an emerging Canadian gold producer with
assets in Newfoundland, Canada. The company holds a 100-per-cent interest in
its flagship Queensway gold project, as well as the Hammerdown
gold project, which includes the Hammerdown deposit and the
Pine Cove mill. The company is focused on bringing the Hammerdown deposit into commercial gold production in
H2 (second half) 2026 while advancing its flagship Queensway toward phase I
production.
According to the TSX, New Found Gold has not declared a dividend since its incorporation and does not anticipate doing so in the foreseeable future. The company's transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal office in Vancouver, its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31, and the temporary market-maker is Integral Wealth Securities Ltd.
The TSX notes that New Found Gold has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Aug. 11, 2020, under the symbol NFG. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on Aug. 26, 2026, upon the start of trading on the TSX. The company has also been listed on NYSE American LLC since Sept. 29, 2021, under the symbol NFGC.
