NGEX ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NGEx Minerals Ltd. has released the voting results from the annual general meeting of the company, held on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
A total of 137,062,443 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 63.20 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company at the record date May 7, 2026. Shareholders voted in favour of each of the items of business at the meeting, as detailed in the attached table.
