NEXERA ENERGY INC. TO HOLD ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Nexera Energy Inc. will hold its annual meeting of holders of common shares on March 10, 2026.

The purpose of the meeting will be to:

• Receive the audited financial statements of the corporation for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025;
• Fix the number of directors and elect directors for the ensuing year;
• Appoint the auditor and authorize the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration;
• Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
