FIRST AMERICAN URANIUM INC. ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE FOR NAME CHANGE
Further to its news release of Nov. 3, 2025,
First American Uranium Inc. will change its name to North American Niobium and Critical Minerals Corp., effective Nov. 20, 2025.
The new Cusip number will be 65704Y107 and the new ISIN (international securities identification number) will be CA65704Y1079, under the new name of the company.
The common shares of the company began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new stock symbol, NIOB, for the new name of the company on Nov. 5, 2025.
