NORDX METALS CORP. ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM THE 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Nordx Metals Corp. has released the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on Sept. 24, 2026.

All directors nominated as listed in the management information circular dated Aug. 20, 2026, were elected, as shown in the attached table.

At the meeting, the shareholders of the company also approved the reappointment of Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the auditor of the company for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix its remuneration.

The total number of common shares of Nordx represented by shareholders in person or by proxy at the meeting was 7,005,626 common shares, representing 16.02 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares at the record date for the meeting.
