NEXTECH3D.AI SURPASSES $1 MILLION IN NEW CUSTOMER CONTRACT VALUE, EXPANDS AI SOFTWARE PORTFOLIO WITH KATE AND GROWS MULTI-YEAR ENTERPRISE AGREEMENTS

Nextech3D.AI Corp., from Jan. 1, 2026, through Sept. 23, 2026, secured approximately $1.0-million in new customer contract value and signed 180 new customer contracts across its software platforms. New customer contract value represents the aggregate contracted value associated with new customer contracts entered into during the period and does not represent revenue recognized under IFRS (international financial reporting standards). The metric excludes renewals, upsells and expansion revenue from existing customers.

The company also reported growth in multiyear enterprise agreements signed during 2026 and continued to generate software gross margins of approximately 80 per cent across its software platform portfolio. Gross margin is calculated as software revenue less direct software delivery costs, divided by software revenue and is provided as an operating metric to assist investors in understanding the economics of the company's software business.
