NU E POWER CORP. ENGAGES OUTSIDE THE BOX CAPITAL FOR DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES

NU E Power Corp. has engaged Outside The Box Capital Inc. (OTB), of Oakville, Ont., to provide digital communications services under a marketing services agreement effective Sept. 23, 2026.

Under the agreement, OTB will distribute company content, including video, and conduct investor communications on social media. The agreement has a term of six months, from Sept. 23, 2026, to March 23, 2027. Promotional activity under the agreement will begin on or after the date of this news release.

For its services, the company has agreed to pay OTB a total fee of $150,000, plus applicable taxes, payable in six equal monthly instalments of $25,000 in cash. The company and OTB act at arm's length and no securities-based compensation, including options, forms part of this engagement.
