NOVERIS HEALTH SCIENCES ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NATHAN MISON AS CHAIR OF ADVISORY BOARD

Noveris Health Sciences Inc. has appointed Nathan Mison as chair of the company's advisory board.

The advisory board has been established by the company's board of directors to provide management and the board with access to additional external expertise as the company continues its strategic review of its intellectual property portfolio and related opportunities. The advisory board is intended to serve in an advisory capacity only and will not have decision-making authority on behalf of the company. Its mandate includes providing strategic input, identifying potential opportunities, supporting management's assessment of relevant industry, regulatory, partnership and commercialization matters, and recommending additional advisory candidates whose expertise may support the company's strategic objectives.

Mr. Mison is president and founding partner of Diplomat Consulting and currently serves as chair of Trustbix Inc. He has extensive experience advising organizations operating in regulated industries, with particular expertise in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, regulatory strategy, government relations and strategic communications.

As chair of the advisory board, Mr. Mison will assist management and the board in organizing and leading the advisory board's activities, identifying and recommending additional advisory board candidates, and providing strategic input in support of opportunities arising from the company's continuing strategic review process.
