ONGOLD FILES NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE MONUMENT BAY GOLD PROJECT, MANITOBA

Ongold Resources Ltd. has filed on SEDAR+ an independent technical report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, for its Monument Bay gold project in northeastern Manitoba.

The technical report, titled "Independent Technical Report for the Monument Bay Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada," with an effective date of July 31, 2026, and a report date of Oct. 28, 2026, was prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. The technical report supports the mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the project disclosed in the company's news release dated Sept. 14, 2026.

There are no material differences between the 2026 MRE as disclosed in the company's news release dated Sept. 14, 2026, and the mineral resource estimate set out in the technical report.
