OPUS ONE GOLD CORP ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF WARRANTS

Opus One Gold Corp. has received total gross proceeds of $502,000.00 from the exercise of 10.05 million warrants at an exercise price of five cents per warrant. The warrants were issued in relation to a private placement completed in August, 2024, and had expiry date of Aug. 9, 2026.

Two company directors have exercised a total of 2.5 million warrants.
