The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Optiva Inc. will be delisted at the close on Jan. 2, 2026. According to the TSX, Qvantel Oy has acquired all of the company's issued and outstanding shares for 25 cents per share.

To receive the consideration, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates and/or DRS advices representing the shares to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal office in Toronto.
