OPTIMI HEALTH ESTABLISHES OPTIMI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD AS DEDICATED DISTRIBUTION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENTITY

Optimi Health Corp. has established Optimi Australia Pty. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary responsible for distribution and business development in Australia, and has appointed Adrian Jones as director of Australian operations.

Optimi Australia will handle the company's sales, distribution and prescriber relationships across the country. It will sell Optimi's finished drug products, five-milligram naturally derived psilocybin capsules, and 40 mg and 60 mg MDMA capsules, to clinics and pharmacies under Australia's Authorised Prescriber Scheme. All products are manufactured at the company's Health Canada-licensed GMP (good manufacturing practice) facility in Princeton, B.C.

Mr. Jones joins Optimi after more than 15 years at Bristol Myers Squibb, most recently as associate director, head of sales and marketing, for its Australian oncology and cardiovascular portfolios, where he led national commercial teams and served as launch lead for first-in-class therapies including Opdivo and Camzyos. His early career includes psychiatry roles with Eli Lilly and Hospira.
