OPAWICA EXPLORATIONS ENGAGES MARKET EQUITIES LIMITED

Further to Opawica Explorations Inc.'s news release of Oct. 26, 2026, Opawica Explorations and Market Equities Ltd. (MEL) have entered into an investor awareness agreement dated Oct. 28, 2026, whereby the services to be provided by MEL will include branding services, communications, advisory and general consulting services.

The consulting services to be provided by MEL shall include, but are not limited to, SEO (search engine optimization), digital media campaigns for branding, media consulting, general business development, multimedia services and project management. MEL will also write and distribute weekly ticker tag articles highlighting the company in sector based analysis, as well as news-based tags when the company has a new event as outlined in the agreement. The agreement is for a term of two months and the company will pay to MEL a fee of $50,000 (U.S.), which fee is payable upfront on receipt of acceptance to the agreement by the TSX Venture Exchange. The agreement may be renewed by the company and MEL at the end of the initial term.

MEL and the company are not related parties and operate at arm's length. Neither MEL nor its principals have any interest in the company's securities, directly or indirectly, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest. Neither MEL nor its principals or any non-arm's-length party to MEL or its principals will participate in any financings of the company, in particular the company's private placement announced on Oct. 26, 2026.
