ORACLE PROVIDES EARLY WARNING DISCLOSURE WITH RESPECT TO SECURITIES OF NEVADA VANADIUM

On June 25, 2024, Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. acquired 2,765,295 common shares in the capital of Nevada Vanadium Mining Corp., representing 51.53 per cent of the common shares in Nevada Vanadium, held by Oracle Commodity.

The deemed value of the acquisition was 14.5 cents per share for a total deemed value of $400,968.

Immediately prior to the acquisition, Oracle Commodity held 31,191,848 Nevada Vanadium shares, representing in total approximately 47.34 per cent of the outstanding Nevada Vanadium shares. Immediately following the completion of the acquisition, Oracle Commodity holds 33,957,143 Nevada Vanadium shares, representing approximately 51.53 per cent of the outstanding Nevada Vanadium shares.

Oracle Commodity acquired the Nevada Vanadium shares described in this news release for investment purposes. In accordance with applicable securities laws, Oracle Commodity may, from time to time and at any time, acquire additional shares and/or other equity, debt, or other securities or instruments of Nevada Vanadium, and Oracle Commodity reserves the right to dispose of any or all of its securities in the open market or otherwise at any time and from time to time, and to engage in similar transactions with respect to the securities, the whole depending on market conditions, the business and prospects of Nevada Vanadium, Oracle Commodity's portfolio of investment assets, and other factors relevant to the business decisions of Oracle Commodity.
