The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of an 80-per-cent interest in the Western Range silver-copper project in Western Australia. Consideration for the acquisition consists of $30,000 (U.S.) cash and nine million common shares at a deemed 3.5 cents per share.
