ONE WORLD LITHIUM ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

The Canadian Securities Exchange has granted an extension to Aug. 3, 2026, for completion of One World Lithium Inc.'s previously announced non-brokered private placement financing.

The offering consists of up to 20 million units at a price of 4.5 cents per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $900,000. Each unit will consist of one common share of the company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share at a price of eight cents per warrant share for a period of 36 months from the closing of the offering.
