PARAGON ADVANCED LABS APPOINTS JOHN PIZIMOLAS AS CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Paragon Advanced Labs Inc. has appointed John Pizimolas as chief commercial officer, effective Aug. 24, 2026.

Mr. Pizimolas is a globally recognized mining and laboratory services executive with more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across the testing, inspection and certification (TIC), and mining technology sectors. He has built strategic partnerships, commercialized innovative technologies and driven sustainable growth. As chief commercial officer, he will lead Paragon's commercial strategy, customer engagement and business development, with responsibility for expanding strategic partnerships, market presence and service offerings.

Mr. Pizimolas has held senior leadership roles with SGS, ALS, Bureau Veritas, and more recently at Chrysos Corp. and Veracio. As vice-president, global growth, at Chrysos Corp., he helped develop strategic commercial partnerships with many of the world's leading laboratory organizations and mining companies. Earlier in his career, he established ALS Ltd.'s global mine-site laboratory business before serving as vice-president, minerals, Southeast Asia and Pacific, at SGS. He is a fellow and chartered professional of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM CP), and holds a bachelor of engineering (metallurgical engineering) from the University of South Australia.
