PET VALU ANNOUNCES TIMING OF SECOND QUARTER 2026 EARNINGS RELEASE

Pet Valu Holdings Ltd. will release its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2026 on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, at approximately 6:30 a.m. ET, followed by a live webcast and conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET.

The live webcast can be accessed through the Events & Presentations section of the company's website. Participants can also dial in to the conference call by preregistering on-line. Registrants will receive an e-mail, including dial-in details and a unique access code required to join the live call. Please ensure you are registered at least 15 minutes prior to the conference call time.
