The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Premium Income Corp. will list up to an additional 4.3 million preferred shares (PIC.PR.A) at the open on July 8, 2026. According to the TSX, the listing will cover preferred shares to be issued at $16.30 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated June 30, 2026, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Aug. 7, 2024.
