PLURILOCK ANNOUNCES NEW CRITICAL SERVICES CONTRACTS TOTALING CAD$1.13 MILLION

Plurilock Security Inc. has signed multiple new critical service contracts totalling $1.13-million with customers in the semiconductor manufacturing, consumer storage and mining sectors.

Four new contracts are with a major global semiconductor manufacturer, extending and expanding a long-standing relationship. The engagements include security change management support, artificial intelligence security operations support, security operations centre engineering and support services, and security assessment work.

Plurilock will also provide on-site engineering services for a national consumer storage company to support a data centre modernization initiative, including assembly, installation, configuration and integration of advanced compute and storage systems.

Plurilock will also deliver firewall security and automation services for a Canadian mining company through one of its Canadian alliance partners.

As with prior contracts, Plurilock expects fulfilment costs and gross margin profiles to remain consistent with historical performance as disclosed in its latest management's discussion and analysis.
