In the webinar, Plurilock management will provide an update following the recent announcements that its Aurora Systems Consulting subsidiary has been notified of its selection as an awardee under NASA's (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI) contract and that its Integra Networks subsidiary has been selected as one of the contract holders under the NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) Communications and Information Agency's Cyber Security Dynamic Marketplace (CSDM) Lot 1.

Plurilock invites shareholders, analysts, investors, media representatives and other stakeholders to attend. The webinar will not include second quarter 2026 financial results or financial guidance. The company plans to release its second quarter 2026 financial results later this month.
