ProAm hires Terrane for Golden Ridge data review

2026-03-31 09:29 ET - News Release

Mr. Jason Cubitt reports

PROAM INITIATES 2026 DATA REVIEW MODELING AT GOLDEN RIDGE TARGETING BULK TONNAGE POTENTIAL

ProAm Explorations Corp. has engaged Terrane Geoscience Inc. to complete a comprehensive structural review and gap analysis of its 100-per-cent-optioned Golden Ridge gold project in New Brunswick, Canada.

"We're excited to begin advancing Golden Ridge with a focused, technically driven exploration program," said Jason Cubitt, chief executive officer of ProAm. "Historical work indicates broad zones of near-surface gold mineralization with characteristics consistent with bulk-tonnage potential. The historical resource was constrained within an open-pit shell based on a three-year trailing average gold price of $1,494 (U.S.) per ounce, providing meaningful context as we advance the project in today's substantially stronger gold price environment."

The study will focus on defining the structural controls on gold mineralization and identifying priority targets for future exploration and drilling. The work will include a detailed compilation and review of all available geological, geophysical and drilling data, including historical mapping, drill core records and previous 3-D geological models.

Historical drilling at Golden Ridge returned broad gold intercepts, including (intervals shown are not true widths):

  • 2.76 grams per tonne gold over 25.0 metres (GR-10-55);
  • 2.31 g/t Au over 16.0 metres (GR-11-70);
  • 1.73 g/t Au over 18.0 metres (GR-10-57);
  • 1.66 g/t Au over 39.4 metres (GR-04-11).

Particular attention will be placed on the structural settings associated with these intercepts to refine and potentially expand higher-grade zones through planned confirmatory drilling. The company also intends to test depth extensions of the system, including areas where historical drilling terminated in mineralization.

As part of the program, Terrane will conduct a structural analysis aimed at refining the company's understanding of deformation styles, fault geometries, and the spatial relationship between mineralization and regional structural features. The study will also identify data gaps and develop recommendations for follow-up work, including drill targeting and regional exploration strategies. A site visit is planned to review historic drill core, validate structural interpretations and selectively relog intervals.

A historical mineral resource estimate for the Golden Ridge deposit has previously been reported at 520,200 ounces of gold, contained within 17.78 million tonnes grading 0.91 g/t Au at a cut-off grade of 0.35 g/t in the inferred category. The historical estimate is based on prior work completed by previous operators and has not been verified by the company. The company is not treating the historical estimate as current and a qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. The company considers the historical estimate to be relevant to investors as it provides an indication of the potential scale of the deposit.
