Mr. Jason Cubitt reports
PROAM LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS
Dear ProAm Explorations Corp. shareholders,
Over the past several months, ProAm has taken important steps to reposition the company for
the future. Our objective has been straightforward: to assemble and advance a portfolio of high-quality exploration assets, strengthen our technical capabilities and establish a foundation from
which we can deliver a steady stream of meaningful milestones.
Highlights:
- Advanced the Golden Ridge project in New Brunswick and completed foundational
technical work to support the next phase of exploration;
-
Preparing for an active field season, including planned airborne geophysical surveys and
follow-up exploration activities at Golden Ridge;
- Continued advancement of the company's Nevada and Utah projects, both of which offer
exposure to underexplored mineral systems with significant exploration potential;
- Appointed veteran mining executive and engineer Peter Bojtos, PEng, as senior technical
adviser, bringing decades of international mining experience to the company.
Golden Ridge project
A major focus during the period has been the acquisition and advancement of the Golden Ridgeproject in New Brunswick, Canada. Since completing the acquisition, the company has
undertaken extensive geological reviews and technical assessments to refine exploration targets
and guide future work. This effort has strengthened our conviction that Golden Ridge represents
a significant district-scale opportunity and has provided the foundation for a focused exploration
program. As we move into the field season, preparations are under way for the next stage of
exploration, including airborne geophysical surveys and follow-up field activities designed to
define and prioritize drill targets.
While Golden Ridge has rightly attracted considerable attention, it represents only one part of a
broader portfolio that we are actively re-engaging.
Hell Hole Pass project (Utah)
In Utah, our wholly owned Hell Hole Pass project consists of 10 contiguous mineral claims and
two leases covering approximately 84 hectares. Located approximately 45 miles southwest of St.
George, the project shares several geological features with the historic Apex mine, one of North
America's germanium and gallium deposits. Historical prospecting, geological
mapping and more recent technical work have identified alteration zones, structural features and
mineral occurrences that support continued exploration. With growing global interest in critical
minerals, we believe Hell Hole Pass represents a compelling early-stage opportunity within a
highly prospective geological setting.
Jet project (Nevada)
In Nevada, the company continues to advance its interests in a 476-hectare property comprising
four project areas situated within a largely underexplored mineral district. Historical workings,
surface mineralization and modern geophysical surveys have identified multiple targets across an
extensive structural corridor hosting silver, copper, lead, zinc, barite and fluorite mineralization.
The widespread distribution of these occurrences suggests the potential presence of a larger
mineralizing system while recent technical work has helped refine priority targets for future
exploration. Despite these encouraging indicators, the district remains comparatively
underexplored, presenting an opportunity for modern exploration techniques to unlock additional
potential.
Technical leadership
As we move into the summer field season, our team is developing exploration programs across
all three projects. Equally important, we have been assembling the technical expertise required to
evaluate and advance these opportunities in a disciplined and methodical manner. We believe
that combining quality assets with strong geological leadership provides the best path toward
creating long-term growth and enhancing the value of the company's portfolio.
To further strengthen our technical capabilities, the company is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Bojtos, PEng, as senior technical adviser to the company.
Mr. Bojtos brings more than 50 years of international mining experience spanning exploration, project
evaluation, feasibility studies, mine construction, operations and mine closure. During his career,
he held senior management positions with Kerr Addison Mines Ltd., a Noranda group company,
and later served as president and chief executive officer of several mining companies involved
in the acquisition, development and operation of precious and base metal mines.
Mr. Bojtos has participated in the financing, development, construction or restart of 19 mines,
and has been involved in the operation of 24 producing mines worldwide. He has also completed
approximately 20 significant corporate acquisitions, mergers and divestitures involving 24
operating mines, and has evaluated mining projects in roughly 80 countries. Over the past 30
years, he has held directorships and advisory roles with numerous mining companies listed in
Canada, the United States, Australia and Europe.
Looking ahead
The work completed over the past year has been foundational in nature. We have focused on
putting the right pieces in place -- acquiring prospective assets, undertaking the necessary
technical work and positioning the company for the next stage of growth. While much work
remains ahead, we are encouraged by the opportunities before us and believe that ProAm is
entering an active and exciting new chapter.
On behalf of the board of directors, I would like to thank our shareholders for their continued
support and confidence. We look forward to keeping you informed as we advance our projects
and deliver further updates in the months ahead.
Jason Cubitt,
Chief executive officer
