Stampede Metals Ltd., of 63 Summerhill Dr., Stake Hill, Western Australia, Australia, has filed an early warning report dated Jan. 16, 2026, advising of its holdings in Prince Silver Corp.

On Jan. 12, 2026, Stampede disposed of 15 million common shares in the capital of the issuer, which were previously acquired on July 11, 2025, pursuant to the terms of a share exchange agreement with the issuer (see Stampede's news release dated July 14, 2025).

Prior to the disposition, Stampede held 15 million shares of the issuer. Following the disposition, Stampede hold no shares of the issuer. Stampede does not have any plans or future intentions to acquire more shares.

This news release is issued pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, which also requires a report to be filed with regulatory authorities in each of the jurisdictions containing additional information with respect to the foregoing matters.
