PLANTIFY FOODS REPORTS APPOINTMENT OF CEO AND TERMINATION OF PROPOSED ACQUISITION

Plantify Foods Inc. has appointed Moshe Revach, a director of the company, as its chief executive officer.

The company also reports that it is not proceeding with its proposed acquisition of Smart Repair Pro announced in the company's news release of June 2, 2025. Management will immediately begin a review of other business opportunities.
