NEWS RELEASE
CAPTIVA VERDE INSTALLS FIRST WATER STATIONS FOR THE RITZ-CARLTON, AMELIA ISLAND AND SHOWCASED WATER STATION TO FLORIDA NATIONAL GUARD
Jacksonville, Florida (October 19th, 2026) - Captiva Verde Wellness Corp. (trading symbol PWR on the Canadian Securities Exchange) and (Trading symbol CPIVF on the US OTC) (the "Company or Captiva") Further to the company's news release of October 1st, 2026, the Company announces the successful installation of the first atmospheric water ("AWG") stations for The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. Attendance included the Florida National Guard, whose mission encompasses both national and international disaster relief for the immediate provision of water and food to affected areas during an emergency. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marriott International with approximately 10,000 properties in 146 countries and territories. Marriott franchises, operates, and licenses hotel, residential, timeshare, yacht, outdoor, and other lodging products all around the world.
Captiva Verde's mission is to install atmospheric water stations around the world, which produce purer water than both aquifers and traditional bottling sources. Every gallon of water produced from our AWG prevents an identical gallon from being depleted from our highly stressed reservoirs, creating water credits for recognition.
Captiva Verde's largest water stations (up to 10,000+gpd) will be constructed globally for both governments and private industry, with a focus on bottlers, costing a fraction of traditional infrastructure upgrades, and deliver pure, virgin water. This creates a new industry, produced on location, that delivers pure water, free of heavy metals, microplastics, carcinogens, and endocrine disruptors, among other now well-studied contaminants. This is a sustainability model that will resonate with every hotel and resort chain who are actively seeking innovative water solutions to meet their sustainability goals.
