Planet Ventures Inc. has acquired an additional 3.01639123 bitcoin for a total purchase price of $500,000, financed from its existing cash reserves. This latest investment reflects the company's continued conviction in bitcoin as a long-term store of value amid growing institutional adoption and increasing global interest in decentralized digital assets.

In total, the company now holds 25.82935469 bitcoin.

As of July 17, 2025, at 11:17 a.m. PST, Planet held 25.82935469 bitcoin, equivalent to 2,582,935,469 satoshis (one bitcoin equals 100 million satoshis -- as per Bitcoin Magazine).

With 206,195,672 common shares outstanding, this equates to approximately 12.53 satoshis per share.

For comparison, on June 26, Planet bought 3.40669032 bitcoin for $500,000, which would equate to 1.65 satoshis per share. Since this purchase, the company's satoshis per share have increased over 7.59 times or 670 per cent:
