QUANTUM EMOTION COMPLETES STRATEGIC ACQUISITION OF SKV TECHNOLOGY, ADVANCING FULL-STACK QUANTUM-SECURE PLATFORM

Quantum Emotion Corp. has closed its previously announced acquisition of 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of SKV Technology Inc., a California-based cybersecurity company. As a result of the transaction, Quantum Emotion has acquired the SecureKey platform, developed and commercialized by Jet Lab Technologies Inc. and held by SKV.
