CSE bulletin 2026-0527

The Canadian Securities Exchange has determined that Quantumcore Ltd. has met the criteria set out in CSE Policy 2A.4 for an NV (non-venture) issuer. Listed issuers designated as NV issuers form the senior tier of CSE-listed issuers and are subject to additional requirements as set out in CSE policies.

There will be no change to the trading symbol.
