QUADRO CLOSES $700,000 FINANCING
Quadro Resources Ltd., further to its May 13, 2026, June 23, 2026, and July 31, 2026, news
releases, has closed its $700,000 non-brokered private placement financing.
The company has issued 14 million five-cent units, with each unit consisting of one common share of the
company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one
additional common share of the company at a price of 10 cents for a period of 24 months from the date of
issuance.
In connection with the financing to the company will pay $41,300 in cash finders' fees and issue 826,000
non-transferrable broker warrants, exercisable at 10 cents per common share for a period of 24 months from
the date of issue. All securities issued pursuant to the financing are subject to a four-month-plus-one-day
hold period.
The proceeds of the offering are to be used for exploration expenditures, working capital, property
payments and general corporate purposes.

Wayne Reid, PGeo, vice-president of exploration for Quadro and a qualified person as defined in National Instrument
43-101, is responsible for this news release and supervised the preparation of the information forming the basis
for this news release.
