The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length letter of intent agreement to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 39 mineral licence claim units located in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Consideration:  $25,000 cash and 250,000 common shares
