RB GLOBAL TO REPORT SECOND QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND HOST CONFERENCE CALL ON AUGUST 6, 2025

RB Global Inc. will release its second quarter 2025 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025.

RB Global will host a conference call to discuss its results at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on the same day.

Analysts and institutional investors may preregister on-line to participate in the conference call. Registered participants will receive an e-mail with a calendar reminder, and a dial-in number and conference ID number, allowing access to the call.
