KINIERO QUARTER 1 PRODUCTION UPDATE

Robex Resources Inc. has provided an update on first quarter calendar year 2026 gold production at its Kiniero gold mine in Guinea, following the commencement of commercial production in February, 2026 (Australian Securities Exchange announcement on Feb. 12, 2026).

Robex produced 39,367 ounces gold and poured 38,178 oz Au at Kiniero in Q1 CY 2026 as the operation continues to ramp up. During the quarter, 32,306 oz Au were sold and provisionally sold at an average realized price of $4,804 (U.S.) per ounce.

Subsequent to quarter-end, a further 3,288 oz Au was shipped on April 2, 2026, for estimated proceeds of $15.2-million (U.S.).

Cash and bullion holdings increased to $255-million (U.S.) (unaudited, with bullion comprising poured but unsold gold valued using a gold spot price of $4,629 (U.S.) per oz) as at March 31, 2026.
