ARYA RESOURCES ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF ANDREAS JACOB FROM BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Andreas Jacob has resigned from Arya Resources Ltd.'s board of directors, effective Jan. 15, 2026.

Mr. Jacob has voluntarily vacated his seat to make room for the previously announced appointment of Roger March to the board. Mr. Jacob has indicated that he will be focusing his time and energies on his role with Petrolympic and related business interests.

The company thanks Mr. Jacob for his service and contributions during his tenure as a director and wishes him continued success in his future endeavours.
