The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a definitive agreement dated March 27, 2023, between Reexploration Inc. and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire an 85-per-cent interest in exclusive property licence (EPL) 8748, located in the Erongo mining corridor of Namibia.
