RIOCAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST SCHEDULES FOURTH QUARTER 2025 EARNINGS RELEASE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust has been scheduled to release its financial and operational results for the three months and year ended Dec. 31, 2025, after the market closes on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026.

Interested parties are invited to participate in a conference call with management on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. To access the conference call, register at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call. Participants who preregister prior to the call will receive an e-mail with dial-in credentials, including log-in a passcode and a PIN, to gain immediate access to the live call. Those that are unable to preregister may dial-in for operator assistance by calling 1-833-950-0062 and entering the access code 255852.
