The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of a non-arm's-length party pursuant to a share purchase agreement, between the company, and the target and the target's shareholders. The target holds certain Canadian mineral exploration property interests, including the Tulameen Arrastra Creek and Tulameen Granite Creek properties in British Columbia, the Georgia Lake property in Ontario, and the Rimouski property in Quebec.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the company will issue 16.7 million shares to the shareholders. The shares will be subject to a one-year hold, with 20 per cent released every three months with the first release on the date of this bulletin, as per the exchange's seed share resale restrictions.
