The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a share purchase agreement dated March 13, 2026, among Orex Minerals Inc. and Silver Viper Minerals Corp. Pursuant to the agreement, Silver Viper has acquired the company's 38.79-per-cent interest in the corporate joint venture that currently holds the Coneto project, located in, Durango, Mexico.

The consideration for the company's interest is 9,903,815 shares of Silver Viper.

The exchange has been advised that the company has obtained disinterested shareholder approval for the agreement.
